Meet Our Founders
Tirell A. M. Clifton, I, Co-Founder & CEO ("The Flavor Architect")
- His Role: As the inventive mind behind our unique recipes, Tirell is the 'why' and 'how' of our product. He leads our Research & Development, from perfecting the ginger extract maturation process to dreaming up our next delicious flavor. He manages our production, logistics, and the technical backbone of our company.
- His Background (The "Head"): Tirell's journey has been one of diverse expertise. His background in technical analysis, IT systems, and investigative support has given him a unique, problem-solving mindset perfect for the complexities of product formulation. As a multi-time entrepreneur who has founded ventures in technology and custom food production, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience in building things from the ground up. His legal studies further provide a strategic framework for our growth.
Erica P. Clifton, Co-Founder & CFO ("Lady Ginger")
- Her Role: As the vibrant face of our brand, 'Lady Ginger,' Erica leads our marketing, sales, and financial operations. With her outgoing personality and passion for connecting with people, she builds the relationships that bring The Ginger Drink Co. into our community.
- Her Background (The "Head"): Erica brings over 30 years of invaluable experience in financial management and business administration. As a long-time business owner with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she provides the strategic, operational, and fiscal expertise that ensures our company is built to last. Her meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of business compliance are the bedrock of our integrity.
