For a while, I enjoyed perfecting that whole-lemon lemonade. But the desire to create something even more potent and beneficial grew. In 2023, my focus turned to ginger—one of nature's most powerful ingredients. I started with my established process, but this time, I incorporated raw ginger root pulp. I gave a bottle to a friend to get her honest opinion, and her reaction was immediate: she loved it and finished the entire bottle in one go.
That was the encouragement I needed. I refined the process further, moving to a cold-press mastication method to extract the purest juice from whole lemons and the most potent essence from entire ginger roots. I blended it with purified water and cane sugar, creating a balanced but powerful formula. The first time my wife, Erica, and I tasted this new creation, the reaction was instant and unforgettable. It was a jolt to the senses, a warming kick that was both invigorating and incredibly satisfying.
That visceral reaction gave birth to our slogan and the name of our flagship drink: 'Whoo, wee! Now, THAT'S strong!'
